Job Description

Franklin West Supervisory Union is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team for theschool year. The Occupational Therapist will provide direct services consultations screenings and evaluations for students in grades PreK12. Responsibilities include conducting assessments to identify students occupational therapy needs completing evaluation reports and IEP documentation delivering individualized services and collaborating with staff and families to support student success. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills build positive relationships with students and work effectively as part of a collaborative FWSU we are committed to collaboration and ongoing professional growth.
