Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager with previous experience handling Architects and Engineers accounts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and growing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts within the professional lines sector. This role requires a strong knowledge of insurance principles and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts for architects and engineers
- Providing expert advice on insurance products and coverage options
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and meetings
- Collaborating with underwriters and other internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Reviewing policy documents and ensuring accuracy
- Handling policy renewals and endorsements
- Generating new business through proactive marketing and client referrals
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes
Qualifications/Requirements
- Required: At least 3 years of Architects & Engineers account experience OR 5 years of experience with Cyber D&O EPLI etc. accounts
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and policies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Required agency management system experience: EPIC
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
- Indepth knowledge of the architecture and engineering industries is preferred
- A proactive and selfmotivated attitude towards business development and client retention
