The Structural Engineer will play a critical role in the design and inspection of transportation infrastructure with a focus on bridge inspections and design. The role includes a combination of officebased design work and occasional fieldwork specifically related to bridges retaining walls and other transportationrelated structures.
This is a Temp to possible perm position that will be required to be fully on site.
Salary: $75000 / Depending on experience
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structural engineering or design
- Experience with MicroStation orAutoCAD
- Ability to contribute to Structural design design work
- Ability to create detailed design drawings and calculations
- Familiarity with bridge inspection procedures structural analysis and design principles
Pluses:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Structural Engineering
- Familiarity with transportation infrastructure design standards
- Knowledge of field inspection practices
- Professional Engineering (P.E.) License (from any state)
