The Regulatory Intelligence Safety and Compliance (RISC) team under Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) organization is looking for a Sr. Risk Manager with a strong record and proven program management experience to lead the design and improvement of worldwide selling partner content communication and education. In this role you will determine communication strategy and standards implement process improvement setup mechanisms and execute projects to ensure we are delivering against a high bar of content. You will communicate crossfunctionally and to leadership on status risks and process changes. This role requires a selfdriven autonomous and proactive individual with effective professional and written communication skills. RISC teams mission is to protect customers from products that are unsafe illegal illegally marketed controversial or otherwise in violation of Amazons policies while enabling our Selling Partners (SPs) to offer their broadest selection of safe and compliant products.
The ideal candidate will leverage extensive project management experience combined with analytical capabilities and a keen sense of innovation to lead complex projects from conception to completion. They 1) work effectively and collaboratively to establish documented standard mechanisms and processes 2) actively engage in determining future strategy to dynamically create content and improve selling partner user experience globally 3) efficiently audit current processes and deploy improvements 4) highly proficient in program managing internal workstreams.
You will have shown that you are a self starter and comfortable in dealing with ambiguity helping drive towards scaling our processes to enhance selling partner experience (SPX). This includes:
Establishing a high content standard draft new content and improve existing content to mitigate Selling Partner friction.
Identifying and implementing mechanisms that will enable us to improve compliance content communication and education.
Establishing audit strategy and process while using your knowledge to enhance these checks and launch new enhancements to provide best in class compliance SPX.
Partnering with crossfunctional program product tech business and policy teams to create a scalable strategy to create content while upholding SPX.
Identifying opportunities to automate processes using Amazons tools and technology to reduce SP friction. Enhance selfservice tools and improving efficiency engagement and the overall SPX.

We empower Amazon SPs in achieving compliance by creating scalable solutions and enabling selfservice education resources through Help Pages multimodality education materials email communication dashboard experience.
6 years of compliance audit or risk management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Bachelors degree or equivalent
5 years experience in program management
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
Masters degree or equivalent
Strong writing and verbal communication skills

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
