Job Description

Executive Compensation & Employee Benefits Partner Flexible Location Any Major Florida Office Florida Bar Admission (or in process)

A highly respected fullservice law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner to join its growing Tax Practice Group. This position offers the flexibility to be based out of any major office location in Florida working with a statewide team of experienced tax and benefits attorneys.

What Were Looking For

  • 8 years of experience in a law firm environment practicing executive compensation and employee benefits law

  • Deep knowledge of:

    • Defined benefit plans

    • Defined contribution plans

    • 401(k) and profitsharing plans

    • ERISA and related compliance matters

  • Strong communication and drafting skills

  • Detailoriented with a proactive solutionsdriven mindset

  • Member of the Florida Bar or currently in the process of becoming one

  • A portable book of business is highly preferred
