Job Summary
The Relationship Experience Specialist position will focus on enhancing services provided to our agencies and their agents by leveraging new and enhanced technology platforms. This role requires strong communication skills and close partnership with agency principals and staff to drive adoption and increase usage. The RES will support various sized and experience level agencies focused on the sale of life insurance and annuities creating a bridge between our sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication. The ideal candidate will be passionate about implementation of new processes procedure improvement identifying problems and searching for solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop expertise in Business Builder (company webbased platform) and be able to troubleshoot educate update content and identify new functionality needs.
Build strong relationships with agency partners to increase production grow their business and enhance efficiency.
Facilitate training presentations and demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as the primary contact for questions concerns and issues related to Business Builder ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Work to identify additional company and system needs to support the role and stakeholders.
Primary Skills & Requirements:
1 year of experience working for a financial services organization or insurance company in the sales operations or marketing departments.
Experience in an FMO/IMO setting is preferred
Associate Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from twoyear college or technical school: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems applications and utilize search tools to find information Microsoft Office is a plus.
Demonstrated strong public speaking organizational and relationship building skills
Ability to work independently within a team environment
