You will support endtoend logistics (physical flows from plants to customers)including all warehouse and transport operations in terms of service cost health andsafety quality food defense sustainability legal requirements and policies compliance. You will provide team leadership and direction for the logistics organization. In this role you will implement logistics strategy and effectively execute operations to ensure optimum logisticssolutions while supporting various routestomarket and balancing service and cost. You will workcollaboratively with internal and external (thirdparty logistics vendors) business partners toensure effective management timely solutions and execution.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Be accountable for warehouse transportation international logistics (import/export) and operations
- Ensure the implementation of the business plan by delivering a consistent servicelevel adapting the supply chain to the demanding and changing customer environment andensuring sufficient operational capacity to deliver business needs
- Be accountable for delivering logistics operational cost budget ensuring that bestinclass controls andgovernance are in place
- Foster initiate and lead continuous improvement programs that reduce cost andour carbon footprint and improve the service performance of the operation
- Ensure successfulproject implementation
- Selectmanage and develop longterm relationships with thirdparty service providers
- Ensure adherence to health and safety quality food defense and legal requirements andpolicies
- Establish a business continuity plan for logistics operations.
- Support bestpractices sharing and adoption
What you will bring

- Solid background in logistics with experience leading operations in an FMCG/CPG environment
- Team leadership experience with proven ability to build effective teams and develop people
- Drive for results with proactive dynamic and action orientated approach identifying areaswhere business change is required and excellence in project management
- Strong collaboration skills with strong business and financial acumen and the ability to forgesenior level strategic partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Strategic thinking plus excellent presentation communication influencing and motivationalskills
- Strong negotiating skills with ability to negotiate in tough situations with both internal andexternal groups
What you need to know about this position:
Reporting to this role is a delivery supervisor (1416 core team reports) inventory specialist logistics coordinator and up to 1012 additional core team members.
Cross dock location in Little Rock Mississippi. This role involves 12 visits per month to this location.

Salary:
The base salary range for this position is $95100 to $130800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience skills education and budget. In addition to base salary this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
