Job Description
Creative passionate competitive; three traits were looking for when it comes to our producers at WGHPTV. Youll be taking over our weekend onehour long newscasts and filling in as a producer during the week. You need to be a selfstarter and quick learner ready to work with a passionate newsroom. Journalism now matters more than ever before and you can be a part of telling the news in the PiedmontTriad.
Requirements:
- Journalism degree
- Knowledge of AP Style
- Some tv news producing knowledge
- Good communicator and collaborator
Duties:
- Produce and write newscast
- Work with anchors on presentation
- May be asked to fillin on other shifts
