Examples of the skills knowledge and experiences you need to lead and deliver value at this level include but are not limited to:
Strong knowledge of Accounting and finance.
Preparing Tax returns Schedule K1s Supplemental forms and basic/moderate tax workpapers.
Prepare/ Review of RIC tax compliance and Provisions
Basic understanding of relevant tax/accounting concepts
Validate data and analyze for accuracy and relevance
Keep uptodate with tax technical / technology developments.
Self reviewing work to check for accuracy of deliverables.
Explore and use available tools in the Digital lab to drive efficiency. participate in engagement Trainings and Calls (Kick off Status Wrap up).
Requirements:
Graduation in commerce / Post graduation in Accounting and Finance
02 years experience
Active listening and ability to communicate effectively.

Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
Proficiency in Microsoft office software program

In Tax promotion to Manager requires the holding of an active primary credential of either (1) US CPA or foreign equivalent or (2) US Enrolled Agent in good standing with an appropriate regulatory body or (3) a Firm approved Secondary Credential (as per the policy)
For Manager candidates in process who have the credential once onboarded it must be submitted and kept up to date in the appropriate system of record
If a candidate wishes to continue in the process it will be their professional responsibility to complete the appropriate acceptable credential exams and to obtain their acceptable credential as early in your career as possible.
