Your mission
As a PMO Lead youll build up best practices and processes for the Peak team within the Professional Services team and be responsible for further alignment with UiPath long term. Youll drive UiPaths thought leadership on project management and AI delivery ensuring we deliver gamechanging AI solutions to some of the worlds best companies. Youll create and maintain operational excellence streamline processes and leverage innovative AI technologies to empower product engineering and professional services teams to build at scale. This role also requires proven ability to wear multiple hats prioritize not get stuck and adapt in an environment thats growing and changing fast.
What youll do at UiPath
Develop and refine delivery methodologies introducing best practices and leveraging bestinclass tools/technology to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of customer onboardings.
Lead the management of Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools establish key metrics and deliver insights into project performance and resource utilization.
Manage endtoend resource planning allocation and prioritization balancing customer needs with team capacity.
Foster crossfunctional collaboration serving as a liaison between product engineering and other teams to create alignment on goals and ensure practices meet product standards.
Implement AI and automation tools to streamline operations reporting and customer engagement.
Design and deliver highquality training materials on project management continuously improving processes based on feedback and best practices.
What youll bring to the team
5 years of experience in technology program/project management focused on software development and systems integration with proven leadership in Professional Services or PMO.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and reporting coupled with financial acumen in budgeting and cost tracking processes.
Expertise in PSA tools (ideally FinancialForce) with experience in SDLC methodologies and continuous integration.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with global stakeholders building trust through transparent communication.
A proactive selfstarting attitude with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement in PMO processes.
Experience in leveraging AI or automation tools for operational efficiency with PMP / PRINCE II certification and Scrum knowledge as a plus.
