Job Title: Paramedic Practitioner
Location: GP Surgery Lewisham London
Type: FullTime (Permanent)
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paramedic Practitioner to join our forwardthinking GP surgery team in Lewisham. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing patients presenting with minor illness providing highquality patientcentred care and prescribing in accordance with Patient Group Directions (PGDs).
Key Responsibilities:
Assess diagnose treat and discharge patients presenting with minor illnesses.
Prescribe medications safely and effectively under PGDs.
Work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team.
Support the clinical team in delivering high standards of care and contribute to QOF and practice audits as required.
Provide health promotion and patient education.
Requirements:
HCPC registered Paramedic.
Previous experience in primary care or urgent care settings.
Confident in managing minor illness independently.
Ability to prescribe via PGDs (Patient Group Directions).
Excellent clinical communication and organisational skills.
