What Is The Role:
Elastic the Search AI company is seeking a resultsdriven Enterprise Account Executive to drive expansion within our existing Strategic Financial Services customer base. As a key member of our growth strategy you will focus on deepening relationships identifying new use cases and increasing adoption within established Strategic accounts. This role is ideal for strategic sellers who excel at account expansion crossselling and maximizing customer value through cuttingedge search and analytics solutions.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Expand and grow existing Strategic accounts by identifying new opportunities and increasing Elastics footprint.
- Act as a trusted advisor to Strategic customers helping them unlock the full potential of Elastics AIpowered search and analytics solutions.
- Drive adoption of Elastics solutions across multiple departments and use cases ensuring deeper integration within customers data ecosystems.
- Develop longterm partnerships with key stakeholders from developers to Clevel executives to secure renewals and expand contracts.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with Customer Success Solution Architects and Partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive growth.
- Leverage datadriven insights to identify customer needs usage trends and expansion opportunities.
- Execute strategic account plans guiding customers through complex enterprise sales cycles to increase adoption and revenue.
What You Will Bring:
- A proven track record of expanding Financial Services accounts and driving substantial revenue growth within existing customers.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions particularly in technical infrastructure data or AIdriven search.
- Ability to identify crosssell and upsell opportunities and drive longterm value within existing customers.
- Strong relationshipbuilding skills with both technical users and executive decisionmakers.
- Expertise in strategic account planning forecasting and pipeline management within SFDC.
- Enthusiasm for Open Source and a deep appreciation for the community leveraging our solutions.
Bonus Points:
- Experience selling within an Open Source model.
- Strong background in expanding and renewing large Enterprise contracts.
