Now Hiring: FullTime Elementary Classroom Assistants
Maria Montessori Academy is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Classroom Assistant to support our Elementary program. These fulltime positions offer an opportunity to work alongside a team of passionate educators committed to providing a holistic and childcentered learning environment.
While experience with the Montessori philosophy is an asset it is not requiredwe welcome those eager to learn and grow within our approach.
We are looking for individuals who:
Bring successful experience working with elementaryaged children
Are able to take direction while also showing initiative
Communicate effectively with both children and adults
Are organized dependable and professional
Demonstrate a genuine interest in Montessori education
Hold current First Aid certification (or are willing to obtain it)
Have a clear criminal record check
Position Details:
Fulltime Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 3:00 PM
Contract runs from September 1 to June 30
Start date: September 1 2025
Bonus Availability:
Preference will be given to candidates who are also available to support our After School Program running Monday to Friday from 3:00 PM 5:00 PM.
