Whats the role
Youll be contributing to our Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) strategy shaping customer journeys that matter. Youll design and work with the team to configure and build automated campaigns that put customers front and centre making their interactions with us seamless personalised and truly engaging. More than just managing platforms youll unlock the full potential of Martech AI and automationturning ideas into impactful experiences.
This fulltime role is based in Sydney with flexible working options to support balance and collaboration.
What do I need
- Handson expertise in AEP and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)you know how to build and configure customer journeys like a pro and have experience working with Realtime CDP.
- A strategic mindsetyou see the big picture and translate business needs into smart Martech solutions.
- Collaboration skillsyou thrive in crossfunctional teams working with marketing tech and transformation teams to get things done.
- A knack for automation & AIdriven marketingyou understand how to personalise at scale leveraging data in ways that actually matter. Ideally you will have who started as a marketer mastering customer behaviour and digital strategy before specializing in Martech.
- An ability to influence & mentoryoure a leader at heart ready to upskill others and share your expertise.
