Construction Project Manager
Duluth MN Direct Hire $90k$145k
Konik is partnered with a growing commercial construction company who is adding at Project Manager to lead all phases of commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout to their team. The jobs are located in Duluth MN and we are open to candidates who will regularly travel to the site from the Metro area.
Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead endtoend project management ensuring ontime onbudget and highquality delivery.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules in collaboration with field leadership.
- Oversee project documentation including RFIs submittals change orders and closeout materials.
- Manage subcontractor coordination procurement and contract compliance.
- Monitor and report on project costs forecasts and cash flow to maintain financial health.
- Conduct regular progress meetings with stakeholders and ensure clear communication across teams.
- Ensure jobsite safety quality control and adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Construction Project ManagerQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in construction management or related field with 6 years of experience managing projects over $5M; or an associate degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in project scheduling budgeting and management tools (e.g. Procore MS Project Bluebeam).
- Strong knowledge of value engineering cost control and contract delivery methods (CMR DesignBuild).
- Proven track record of delivering highquality construction results.
- Familiar with OSHA standards; OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to travel.
