We are seeking an IT Business Operations Specialist who will be a key member of the KLA Global IT Financials team responsible for IT contracts management licenses and other purchases. This role requires close communication with the CIO/CISO and their leadership team (service owners) procurement team finance and functional business leaders.
Responsibilities:
Lead and maintain IT Contracts renewal
Provide monthly forecast together with periodic management reports based on analytics
Manage IT cost savings return on investment critical metrics
Follow standard purchasing business policies and processes and help drive procurement standard methodologies across global IT
Effectively drive and lead meetings
Capture analyze and present data using strong and effective analytics abilities
Translate business and operational issues into functional plans
Lead Key Performance Indicators (critical metrics)
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business or related field with a preferred concentration in Operations Finance or Supply Chain Management
Experience in a procurement environment especially indirect procurement with a focus on Information Technology (IT) category
Comfortable with coordinating tasks across multiple functions and global locations
Demonstrated ability to work independently in a multifaceted sophisticated environment.
Ability to influence teams in a highly matrixed environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office mainly Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication collaboration and presentation skills
Analytical problemsolving and research skills
This is a Hybrid Role (minimum 2 days/week onsite) at our Midwest Headquarters in Ann Arbor MI
