Zego is a property technology company that modernizes resident experience management for multifamily communities. We provide a comprehensive platform that enables property management teams to automate operations and engage residentsultimately increasing retention improving efficiency and boosting NOI.
Position Summary
As an Account Executive at Zego you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth. Youll identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients in the multifamily industry understand their unique operational challenges and demonstrate how Zegos platform can deliver measurable value to their properties.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to close for midmarket and enterprise multifamily property management companies.
  • Engage in consultative selling by identifying client needs and aligning Zegos solutions with their business objectives.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations to decisionmakers (Property Managers VPs and Clevel execs).
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Reps (SDRs) Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay current on industry trends competitor offerings and product updates.
Qualifications
  • 25 years of B2B SaaS sales experience preferably in real estate property tech or fintech.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • A selfstarter with a high level of initiative and a collaborative mindset.
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling into the multifamily real estate space.
  • Familiarity with the property management tech stack (e.g. Yardi RealPage AppFolio).
