Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager and lead innovative commercial construction projects from conception to completion. Were seeking an experienced professional who excels in team leadership project execution and stakeholder management to drive successful outcomes on highvalue commercial and industrial projects.

Impact Youll Make

• Drive endtoend project success by developing comprehensive project plans managing budgets and ensuring quality standards across commercial construction initiatives
• Build and mentor highperforming project teams while fostering a culture of safety excellence and continuous improvement
• Optimize project delivery through effective coordination with subcontractors vendors and internal stakeholders
• Provide strategic oversight of project financials including budget management pay applications and change orders
• Lead quality assurance efforts through regular site inspections and thorough document review
• Deliver clear and impactful communications through weekly/monthly client reporting

What You Bring

• Proven track record of successfully leading commercial construction projects with expertise in team management and project delivery
• Strong foundation in construction principles demonstrated through a degree in Building Construction Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in commercial and industrial construction with knowledge of current industry standards and best practices
• Outstanding organizational and communication abilities with a talent for building positive relationships across diverse teams
• Proficiency in construction management software and technology tools
• Demonstrated commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workplace safety

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Viewpoint Procore or Bluebeam software
• Experience with light industrial and tiltup construction projects
• Background in sustainable construction practices
