As a Human Resources Manager at Archer Meat Snacks you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and productive workplace culture that aligns with our core values of passion integrity resilience and humility. You will be a strong HR leader with a proven knowledge of California labor law adept at working with an hourly population and building strong relationships. In this role you will act as a frontline thought partner to dedicated leaders on all aspects of the employee experience from talent onboarding to career development and employee relations. You will own the employee experience through the implementation of robust organizational onboarding strategies and provide daytoday performance management guidance to leadership. Your expertise will help improve work relationships build morale and increase productivity and retention.
To be successful in this role you should have 5 years of Californiabased Human Resource experience a bachelors degree and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRMCP) or Professional Human Resources (PHR) credentials are highly desirable. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential and fluency in Spanish is preferred. You should have a strong understanding of Human Resources concepts practices programs and methodologies and be a selfdriven analytical thinker with effective organizational and planning skills.
