Job Description
A growing network of healthcare facilities is seeking a proactive and adaptable Executive Operations Associate to serve as the operational extension of the CEO. This highimpact role involves traveling between six locations across New York to identify inefficiencies support site leadership and implement strategic solutions aligned with executive directives. The ideal candidate will be handson resourceful and comfortable working in a fastpaced multisite environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Act as the CEOs ontheground representative ensuring directives are implemented across all sites.
Provide operational support to facility managers stepping in to address leadership or process gaps.
Assess workflows staffing compliance and patient experience to identify and implement improvements.
Work closely with department leads to align operational efforts with company goals and quality standards.
Troubleshoot challenges in realtime including staffing issues vendor delays and compliance concerns.
Serve as a communication liaison between the CEO and facility leadership delivering regular reports and feedback.
Support the rollout of new policies systems and technologies across locations.
Assist with recruitment onboarding and mentorship to strengthen sitelevel operations.
Monitor KPIs and performance data to ensure accountability and operational excellence.
Schedule: FullTime 50 Hours/Week Travel Required
Ideal Qualifications:
Proven experience in operations administration or project managementhealthcare experience preferred.
Strong organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to lead onsite and remotely with professionalism and initiative.
Comfortable with frequent travel and managing responsibilities across multiple sites.
Detailoriented with the ability to quickly assess and respond to operational needs.
High level of discretion and ability to work closely with executive leadership.
