Job Description

Do you want to be part of a team that is building industry changing technology Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast affordable broadband to a wide range of customers including consumers businesses government agencies and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.

Kuiper Fulfillment Technology Engineering team is responsible for launching and optimizing End to End technical solutions to operationalize Customer Terminals (CT) and Accessories supply chain to support Kuiper service launch in 100 countries.

Key job responsibilities
You will work with a team of experts and drive the team to successfully accomplish the following activities:
Develop and manage technical requirements for test verification and harness of complex systems
Decompose technical requirements for test into software and hardware requirements aligned with development manufacturing and verification test strategy.
Identify and manage the conduct of trade studies and analyses necessary to define automated test station hardware and software requirements.
Identify and manage the development of automated test equipment test hardware and software.
Manage a large number of dependencies across many engineering disciplines to ensure that development schedules are met.
Develop program and team processes and tools as required

You must be fully competent in a variety of project management tools methodologies and techniques for all phases of the project lifecycle and exhibit demonstrated proficiency in core project management disciplines including scope schedule budget resources quality and risk management reporting and metric development/tracking.

**This role is located in Redmond WA and candidate will be required to be onsite. No location flexibility.

Export Control Requirement
Due to applicable export control laws and regulations candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (i.e. current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

About the team
The Software and Networking organization is responsible for all of the software services and infrastructure needed to securely and safely fly each Kuiper satellite manage Kuipers satellite constellation control Kuipers ground infrastructure and deliver highly available network services to our customers around the world.

5 years of technical product or program management experience
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules

5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
Experience defining KPIs/SLAs used to drive multimillion dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
