Job Description
Location: Dallas/Ft Worth TX
Type: FullTime Direct Hire
Compensation: Base Salary Uncapped Commission
Capital Professionals is partnering with a rapidly growing 3PL (ThirdParty Logistics) company thats expanding their Sales teams. Were looking for driven motivated individuals who want to build a career in logistics and supply chain. Experience is a plusbut a strong work ethic great attitude and desire to succeed matter most.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Build and manage relationships with shippers and carriers
- Understand client shipping needs and provide freight quotes
- Book shipments coordinate pickups/deliveries and track progress
- Communicate with clients and solve problems on the fly
- Keep CRM and records up to date
- Close deals and grow your client base
What Were Looking For:
- Logistics/supply chain knowledge (helpful not required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Quick thinking and problemsolving mindset
- Negotiation skills and a salesdriven attitude
- Team player who thrives in a fastpaced environment
