FULLTIME: 12month assignment
LOCATION: Arden Hills MN
SCHEDULE: 6AM2:30PM (Flexible with start time)
PAY RANGE: $26/HR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Works under limited supervision assisting R&D engineers scientists and/or teams in the development and analysis of products materials processes or equipment
Key Responsibilities
1. Execution of R&D bench testing independently with reliable highquality results.
2. Ability to work with written product test methods as well as verbal instructions.
3. Summarizing experiment outcomes for engineering staff including creation of datasheets & archiving experiment data.
4. Receiving work direction from multiple engineers and managing workload appropriately.
5. Assisting engineering staff in the development of R&D test methods.
6. Performing device failure analysis.
Quality Systems Duties and Responsibilities:
Build Quality into all aspects of their work by maintaining compliance to all quality requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
AA Degree or equivalent work experience in related discipline and 1 year of related experience.
Must be familiar with a regulated environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Medical device industry experience test method development experience device failure analysis experience.
