Two Maids of Randallstown is looking for an ambitious and energetic Office Manager that will assist the business owner with the following:
  • Track all communications
  • Nurture relationships with the leads and clients to improve customer service
  • Increase customer retention
  • Drive sales growth
  • Oversee daytoday operations with our team
This position will post as parttime and may become fulltime.

Responsibilities
Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities
Identify trends and customer needs building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
Ensure daily cleaning schedules are efficient and communicated with PHC staff.
Motivate the team track performance and report metrics
Will also be crosstrained to be a house cleaner
Training professional house cleaners (PHCs) on our cleaning process use of cleaning supplies quality checks on house cleans and occasional house cleans

Office Manager Qualifications:
Bilingual is a strongly preferred English & Spanish
Have a vehicle that will be driven to customers homes valid drivers license and car insurance (minimum liability)
Strong work ethic and Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Prior experience in hospitality or residential cleaning preferred.
Minimum High school diploma or GED
Availability to work MondayFriday 7:30 am 5:00 pm
Experience with scheduling software and CRMs
Microsoft Email
