Founded in 1977 Cascade Coffee operates from a175000squarefootfacility with space for over2 million pounds of green coffeeand an annual roasting capacity of50 million pounds. Withmultiple roasting lines flavor mixing systems and 14 automated packaging lines we deliver quality at scale.
- WAGE RANGE (NONEXEMPT):$21.00 $22.00 per hour
- Schedule:Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

What Youll Do:
- Inspect verify (weight quantity origin certifications etc.) and receive inbound shipments of greens
- Report discrepancies damage or quality issues
- Utilizes the logistics scheduling system to monitor inbound shipments of green coffee and communicate with the green coffee planner/scheduler to level load deliveries
- Coordinate closely with planning and sales to ensure all necessary documentation and information is accurately communicated to allow tasks are performed efficiently.
- Safely move stack and organize green coffee in the storage area
- Weigh label and tag coffee lots for accurate inventory tracking
- Assist in transferring green coffee to production as needed
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits as required
- Keep Green coffee storage areas clean organized and compliant with food safety and quality standards
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments such as purchasing and production to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions.
- Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and perform any other duties that may be assigned
What You Need:
Forklift required
Able to lift up to 75100 lbs. occasionally.
Must be able to spend90% of the shift operating a forklift
Comfortable doingrepetitive tasks
WorkEnvironment:
- This is a warehouse position that is inside a warm and dry facility.
- This position requires work in a warehouse roasting facility that requires constant standing on concrete floors exposed to loud equipment noise and subject to coffee dust strong odors.
- Personal protection equipment and other Good Manufacturing Practices are mandatory.
Work Habits:
- Regular attendance and promptness are required for this position.
- Some work may be required outside of the normal work week.
- This job requires a high degree of teamwork.
