Key job responsibilities
Directly own Pharmacy Ops forecasting; act as the primary role to escalate supply/capacity constraints and involve cross functional teams to secure long term solution.
Work with the assigned functional leaders to track and coordinate all program deliverables highlighting key program risks and putting plans in place to mitigate those risks providing regular reports/updates on program status. This includes identification and mitigation of longterm supply chain risks presented by new designs.
Be able to foresee the risks and come up with solid and manageable buy ahead plan.
Develop a risk buy plan to ensure ontime delivery and eliminate the excess and obsolete impact.
Perform regular supply and demand analysis for critical materials with 2nd tiers.
Active engagement in process improvements to continually increase efficiency and effectiveness of product development and supply chain processes.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders to lead mid to longterm inventory management and operational improvement strategies across the Supply Chain
Developing and/or improving inventory management strategies for our network to ensure the right placement of ASINs and the success of new launches
Ongoing analytics and analysis to insure accurate lead time safety stock review cycle order methods min/max points and usage.
Create reports and analyze new platform arrivals identify and address gaps in coverage.
Execute rebalancing through transfers between locations and purchasing.
Lead capacity planning and modeling for Pharmacy Operations.
Build and influence future roadmap (strategy tooling etc)
3 years of supply chain experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level including: pivot tables macros index/match vlookup VBA data links etc.
Completed bachelors degree in Business Economics Logistics Mathematics or similar field
Excellent analytical skills
Prior experience with negotiations and logistics procurement
Supply chain management certifications such as CSCMP
Experience in inventory management
Experience with Lean operational practices

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $103900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $181400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
