This is a hybrid position primarily based in Bangalore India. A role you will love.
- The Financial Administrator apprentice will work closely with their Team Lead to ensure that daily weekly and monthly business goals are met. Youll be responsible for evaluating customer data elements and developing a basic understanding of multiple processes within the line of business. Research compile and deliver work unit and individual volume productivity quality and other statistics. Learning and implementing best practices in completing assigned tasks.
- Receives detailed instruction on work from Team Lead and performs day to day operational activities with minimal errors and complete tasks within process specific key performance indicators.
- Coordinates monitors and executes daily production of reports used in the work unit.
- Required to complete compliance trainings on time without impact to performance.
- Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
- To adhere to the rules and regulations of the compliance metrics.
Key skills required for this role include:
- B Com degree or equivalent; and entry level to 1year related experience in multinational business environments in India.
- Demonstrates the ability to meticulously review and ensures accuracy when it comes to the quality of work with effective organizational skills.
- Proactively takes steps to achieves goals and manage time effectively to meet critical deadlines.
- Having a strong initiative to work effectively as well as independently in a team environment.
- Ability to execute in a fast paced high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills spoken in English.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Flexibility when it comes to your schedule to accommodate unique shift requirement.

Apprenticeship duration & Stipend Duration of this apprenticeship program will be 12 months. You will be paid a stipend of INR 14000 to 16000 per month.
