We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team and drive our AI Ops initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced analytics machine learning and datadriven insights to enhance operational efficiency improve decisionmaking and support the deployment of AI solutions across the organization.
What you will do:
- Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to optimize AI operations and enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify business needs and translate them into datadriven solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and support strategic decisionmaking.
- Design and conduct experiments to validate model performance and improve operational processes.
- Monitor and maintain AI models in production ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and data science to drive innovation within the organization.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the development of best practices in data science and AI Ops.
What you will need to have:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Data Science Computer Science Statistics or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in data science with a focus on AI and machine learning applications.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Scala and experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g. Pandas NumPy).
- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow PyTorch Scikitlearn) and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Matplotlib).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and big data technologies (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work with complex datasets.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successful project management and collaboration in a teamoriented environment.
