Job Description
Job Description: We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee our Internal software development projects from conception to deployment. The Project Manager will work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure that software projects are completed on time within budget and meet the necessary quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead crossfunctional teams in the planning design development and deployment of software projects.
Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans and timelines and ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize the impact on the project.
Communicate project status risks and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure that software projects meet quality standards and are tested thoroughly.
Manage project budgets and ensure that expenses are within budgetary constraints.
Ensure that project documentation is complete accurate and up to date.
Manage project scope changes and ensure that all changes are properly documented and approved.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in any field however a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field will be preferred.
Minimum of 810 years of experience in airline related business or Project management.
Strong project management skills and experience managing software projects.
Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with software development methodologies tools and technologies.
PMP or Agile certification is preferred.
