Are you someone who thrives on driving digital transformation and making a real impact Do you love solving problems improving customer journeys and working with crossfunctional teams This role is ideal for someone with experience in digital product or change delivery whos ready to take the next step in a fastpaced collaborative environment.
A bit about the job
Were looking for a Digital Change Consultant to help shape and deliver our SME digital trading proposition. Youll join our Commercial Digital team supporting over 450m in gross written premium. Your role will focus on identifying opportunities and delivering change that improves customer experience and operational efficiency. Youll work across teams to ensure our digital systems are intuitive effective and aligned with our strategy. This is a role where your decisions will have a real impact on our customers and our business.
Skills and experience were looking for
- Handson experience supporting digital transformation
- Change management experience and qualifications would be desirable
- Strong understanding of customer needs and digital journeys
- Ability to analyse data and identify improvement opportunities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
