This Guest Services Manager position is located in one of the UKs most stunning country house hotels situated in Ascot. In this role you will strive to exceed guest expectations ensuring each visitor has a memorable and exceptional experience.
The hotel is looking for a friendly Guest Services Manager dedicated to making every guest feel truly at home. Youll be attending to the needs of exclusive VIPs and prestigious bluechip companies requiring a detailoriented and attentive professional for this role.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Guest Services Manager
- 31800 per annum plus 2500 to 3000 service charge
- Working circa 42 hours per week 4 on 4 off
- Working 12hour shifts
- Typical working hours: 6:45pm to 7 :15am or 7:15AM to 6:45pm

Responsibilities as the Guest Services Manager
- Overseeing the operation of the Front of House team and ensuring guests have a seamless experience
- Providing a personalised experience for a wide variety of guests including exclusive VIPs celebrities bluechip companies and international travellers
- Creating a positive working environment and mentoring your team to maintain the hotels high standards of excellence
- Embracing the hotels excellent training and development opportunities
- Sharing your wealth of knowledge and expertise and providing highquality training
