Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3)
Fulltime 40 hours per week Up to 12.21 per hour (dependent on qualifications and age)

Our client a warm and welcoming nursery with a strong reputation for personalised care and highquality learning opportunities is looking for a passionate Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to join their team. Located in a beautifully designed setting with a Good Ofsted rating the nursery offers a safe stimulating and inclusive environment where every child is celebrated and supported to thrive.

The successful candidate will work fulltime (40 hours per week) within one of the nurserys agespecific rooms each thoughtfully tailored to meet the developmental needs of the children. With a large wellequipped outdoor area and a team that values creativity compassion and connection this is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of young children.

What Were Looking For

  • A full and relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or 3)
  • A genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Knowledge of the EYFS and a commitment to inclusive childcentred practice
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • An understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and a proactive approach to childrens wellbeing

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide highquality care and learning experiences tailored to individual children
  • Support childrens physical emotional and social development through play and structured activities
  • Plan and deliver ageappropriate engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • Foster a warm secure and inclusive environment for all children and families
  • Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues and parents/carers
  • Contribute to the smooth daytoday running of the nursery including safeguarding and hygiene procedures
