Department of Engineering Faculty of Science
PartTime Academic Instructor (ENGR 132)
The Department of Engineering invites applications for a parttime Academic Instructor to teach ENGR 132 (Technical Communications) and lab (4 credits) during the winter term of theacademic year. This position is subject to final budgetary approval.
The course topics include both written and oral engineering communication history of engineering and the engineering profession. A more complete course description can be found in the academic calendar: The instructor will meet with students for three 50minute lectures per week or the equivalent and one 2hour lab session. The instructor will be responsible for delivering lectures evaluating students and conducting the course laboratory.
Applicants require the EngineerinTraining (EIT) or professional engineer (.) designation and should possess a minimum of a Masters degree in a related field.
