Clinical Nurse Ashford Hospital
Ashford Hospital are seeking to recruit an experienced highly motivated Registered Nurse who has a passion for staff education and would like to join our Day Procedure Unit. The role will assist the Nurse Unit Manager in directing a team of Nurses educating staff and fostering close working relationships with all visiting consultants and other members of the healthcare team.
About the role:
Lead by example and have the ability to coordinate and motivate a diverse team
Committed to continuous quality improvement
Able to liaise with VMOs and other key stakeholders
Demonstrates understanding of risk management and has knowledge of the NSQHS Standards and ACHA policies and procedures
Is supportive of management and embraces change and new initiatives positively
Proven communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership and potential management skills
South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance
Current AHPRA Registration
Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands
