This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join a tech company that is backed by South Africas most successful digital media group. You will be a key stakeholder involved in designing developing and deploying key product features for a firsttomarket procurement platform.
This is a Cape Townbased role with hybrid setup.
The CTC for this Senior Full Stack Developer role is up to R1 million per year.
THE COMPANY
This tech company is building a firsttomarket procurement platform designed to digitise agricultural supply chains across the world. Their core offering encompasses geolocation tracking supply chain traceability performance analysis and financial services solutions under a single platform that will allow producers unprecedented productivity increases.
They are backed by South Africas largest & most successful digital media group giving them the reach credibility and resources to scale their platform nationally and reshape the agricultural sector.
THE ROLE
As Senior Full Stack Developer you will be a key stakeholder designing developing deploying and enhancing the core procurement platform. You will play a lead role scaling the platforms functionality by with React PostgreSQL Python and AWS to create & enhance the unique value proposition of the B2B procurement platform.
You will develop full stack solutions design & build scalable APIs architect PostgreSQL database schemas own the endtoend development cycle from ideation through to deployment and play a key role shaping the future of the company by assisting with product design scaling the tech team and leading architectural decisions.
REQUIREMENTS
5 years experience as a Full Stack Developer
Relevant degree
Extensive React NodeJS PostgreSQL and Python experience
Cloud deployment experience (AWS/GCP)
Relational data modelling and performance optimization for PostgreSQL databases
Experience working within a B2B platform company
