Medical Director
A Medical Director is needed in Jacksonville FL.

Salary and Benefits
- Base Salary: $280000 $300000
- Annual Bonus Incentives: Total compensation exceeding $300000
- Paid Time Off: 33 days per year

- Patients receive complimentary doortodoor transportation
Responsibilities
- Monday Friday schedule Clinic hours 7:30 AM 5:00 PM (last patient at 4:15 PM)
- Provide leadership and clinical oversight to a team of Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
- Maintain a small patient panel of 6090 patients to ensure quality over volume
- Deliver compassionate comprehensive care to senior patients with complex chronic conditions
- Participate in structured leadership development programs covering operations financial performance and medical management
- Collaborate with internal departments to optimize patient outcomes and clinic performance
- Ensure compliance with valuebased care standards and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Requirements
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
- At least 1 year of clinical experience in primary care (geriatrics preferred)
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with electronic health records
- Must be able to travel locally and regionally as needed
