Job Description
Amazon is looking for a Native Android Software Dev Engineer to join an exciting new project team working to build a completely new best in class consumer product. We are an innovative crossplatform customerobsessed team working on bigbets in an innovative environment. As a founding member of the team you will work alongside product management research design and engineering (EE/ME) to define and build the essential lovable product. You will be responsible for creating reliable scalable and highperformance mobile apps for Android based systems. You will have significant influence on our overall strategy by helping define product features drive the software architecture and spearhead the best practices that enable a quality product.

3 years of noninternship professional software development experience
2 years of noninternship design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Java C or C# including objectoriented design
3 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
