As a Sr. Business Analyst on the eero Commercial Operations team you will help drive datainformed decisions across Sales Operations Order Management Supply Planning and Business Development teams play a key role in in analyzing customer trends forecasts and identifying actionable insights that enable us to better support our customers including internet service providers custom installers retailers enterprises and other global partners.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards reports and KPIs that provide visibility into sales operational and revenue performance
Partner with Sales and Finance teams to support planning forecasting and business reviews
Analyze large data sets to identify trends risks and opportunities in channel performance and customer behavior
Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decisionmaking
Collaborate crossfunctionally to improve data quality and reporting automation
Drive adhoc analyses on sales operations and customer trends
Support the development of business cases for new programs partnerships and markets

Bachelors degree or equivalent
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM variable compensation revenue reporting forecasting Salesforce automation etc.
Experience presenting to senior leadership
5 years of sales operations or equivalent experience
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Looker Tableau Quicksight Power BI)
Experience working within a highgrowth technology company
Experience in businessprocess design or equivalent
Experience defining refining and implementing sales processes procedures and policies or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $120500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $199300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
