Director Enterprise ArchitectureWhat does a successful Director Enterprise Architecture do at Fiserv
As a Director Enterprise Architecture you will lead the strategic development and execution of architectural initiatives for banking and issuing products in LATAM driving innovative solutions to address client challenges and technology requirements. You will ensure optimal technology alignment enhancing the effectiveness of our offerings while collaborating with product management commercial teams and internal stakeholders. Your role includes developing compelling solution proposals that align with clients strategic objectives.
What you will do:
- Lead architecture and design initiatives from sales to implementation aligning with client requirements and Fiserv product capabilities.
- Articulate the technical advantages of Fiserv products and solutions to diverse audiences and lead the preparation of architectural proposals for RFPs and RFIs.
- Facilitate architectural discussions and design workshops with customers assessing technical needs and providing highlevel implementation estimates.
- Provide architecture guidance and oversight collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and adherence to enterprise IT standards.
- Develop and maintain the architecture roadmap and reference architectures or banking and card issuing products while mentoring and guiding architectural teams.
What you will need to have:
- 10 years of experience in enterprise and solution architecture with a focus on the banking and card issuing industry.
- 5 years of experience with financial services industry trends regulatory requirements and best practices with a proven record of successfully delivering solution proposals.
- 7 years of demonstrated ability to lead influence and collaborate with cross functional teams and engage with CIOs/CTOs to influence strategic decisions.
- 5 years of experience in analytical problemsolving communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field. Or an equivalent combination of education work and/or military experience.
What would be great to have:
- 3 years of experience with cloud computing microservices architecture and APIs.
- 2 years of familiarity with cybersecurity principles and practices.
- 4 years of proven experience implementing core banking and/or card issuing platforms successfully.
This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado California District of Columbia Hawaii Illinois Maryland New York Nevada Rhode Island or Washington.
