FOOD & BEVERAGE SUPERVISOR

If youre detailoriented a natural leader and a team player this could be the job for you. Our Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for the management direction and organization of the restaurant operations. You ensure that the food and beverage quality is spectacularall while maximizing profits.
What to expect:
Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:
- Ensuring that food and beverage team members consistently produce high quality food preparation and service
- Ensuring compliance of sanitary practices for food handling general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
- Overseeing positive guest service in all areas including responding to complaints and taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests
- Maintaining an accurate and uptodate plan of restaurant staffing needs. Preparing schedules covering shifts and making sure the restaurant is properly staffed for all shifts
- Supervising coaching and mentoring team members to create an environment that encourages the development and growth of all involved
Your experience and qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Two plus years in a fastpaced restaurant bar or coffee shop in a supervisory role
- Food Handlers and Liquor Permit required
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic
- Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems
- Proficient at fulfilling guest requests in a thorough and timely manner
- Knowledge and application of safety sanitation and food handling procedures
- Demonstrated knowledge of food and beverage products menus and promotions
- Excellent verbal and written business communication skills
