Job Description

PD Construction a division of Paul Davis Restoration is at the forefront of rebuilding and revitalizing commercial spaces across Southeastern Wisconsin. As our reach expands were seeking a resultsdriven Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead impactful remodels and buildouts that transform not just buildingsbut businesses.
As a vital leader on our team you will oversee projects from conception through completion ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and with a deep understanding of our clients unique needs. What Youll Do:
- Oversee multiple Commerical remodeling projects simultaneously.
- Collaborate with clients adjusters and internal teams to align on project scope and expectations.
- Solicit and assess subcontractor bids to ensure the best value and workmanship.
- Prepare accurate budgets estimates and change orders; upload to RMS.
- Coordinate schedules and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor project costs and maintain budget control throughout all phases.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and proactively address site hazards.
- Manage documentation contract agreements and client communications.
- Partner with field Superintendents to track project progress and job costing
- Deliver toptier customer serviceour clients satisfaction is your priority.
Education & Experience:
- 35 years in commercial construction project management.
- Construction Management degree preferred.
- Valid Drivers License required.
Skills & Technology:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Chief Architect (or similar design software).
- Knowledge of construction materials methods and codes.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.
- Strong leadership organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable using RMS and other project management platforms.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to climb ladders access attics and roofs as needed.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary.
