DescriptionFamilySearch International the largest genealogy organization in the world is looking for an Account Relationship and Project Manager Intern to assist with records acquisitions and management data analysis and technical integrations. This Intern will work with internal teams at FamilySearch and may also interface with other companies. This position will report to the Europe Partner Services Account Manager. This Account Relationship and Project Manager Intern will work with a variety of program tools and systems including Microsoft Office programs Salesforce and others.
Position Specifics Include:
20 28 hours a week primarily between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Work location in Lehi UT.
An internship limited to 1 year in duration.
Flexible hours can be coordinated to accommodate school schedules.
Responsibilities Assist with records acquisition and account management with companies and other organizations.
Coordinate internal systems and processes to facilitate digitization indexing and AIrelatedprojects.
Help to manage records projects with industry friends working with FamilySearch from project initiation to execution of deliverables.
Work with various formats and types of genealogical record data to be ingested and published on .
Communicate with other managers team members stakeholders both technical and nontechnical across the organization.
Coordinate with external resourcesto clarify the requirements specifications or to communicate restrictions related to potential new data.
Qualifications A bachelors degree in business management family history or related field.
Work skills with Excel Word Teams Salesforce and other management tools.
Project management experience in working with multiple projects with attention to detail.
An ability to work well in a team environment also on their own.
A need to be an effective problem solver.
Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
Experience with metadata analysis and contract composition and analysis.
Not required but helpful:
Language skills in one or more languages of Europe and Eurasia.
Working knowledge of FamilySearch products (; Research Wiki; Family Tree FamilySearch Catalog etc.)
Research knowledge of genealogical records available in Europe.
Intermediate or higher genealogical research skills.
