How do you excel in this position
What are we looking for
- Bachelors degree in electrical engineering control systems engineering renewable energy engineering or a related field. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
- Five (5) years of experience in energy systems with specific focus on microgrids energy storage systems and renewable energy required.
- Experience in commissioning and system integration required.
- Proven track record in successfully starting up complex energy systems in field settings required.
- Proficiency in programming and configuring control systems for energy applications required.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles especially as they relate to energy storage and distribution required.
- strong knowledge of renewable energy technologies and their integration into microgrids required.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations pertaining to microgrids and energy systems required.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the commissioning and startup phases required.
Additional skills preferred but not required
- Advanced degrees or specialized certifications in microgrid technology or control systems preferred.

The advertised compensation range for this position represents what we believe at the time of posting to be competitive and acceptable by reviewing comprehensive market data to include industry and roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the range wage will be determined by several factors including candidate knowledge jobrelated skills experience and relevant education or training.
