Overview

Position: House Supervisor Registered Nurse (RN)

Location:Select Specialty Hospital Southeast Ohio Tamarck OH

Schedule: Full Time Night Shift 7:00pm7:00am

Responsibilities

  • Effectively managing resources during your assigned shift.
  • Creating a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
  • Constantly monitoring the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
  • Serving as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
  • Working cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patientspecific and facilitywide needs while also improving operations.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
  • Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
  • BSN is preferred.
