Location:LympstoneManor 5* Luxury between Exeter and Exmouth
Resort information: 24960 per annum plus tronc
Hours: Full time 5 days a week 48 hours

We are looking for a talented andenthusiastic Pastry Chef to join our under the guidance of Michael Caines MBE the ideal candidatewill be creative and have drive to experiment with new ideas as well as workingfrom an established repertoire.

- Apassion for food and an eye for detail
- Goodcookery background and training demonstrating a natural flair for pastry work
- Workswell under pressure
- Goodcommunication skills and teamwork together with a cando attitude
- Highstandards of cleanliness and personal hygiene
Whowere looking for
- Preparationof and presentation of plated desserts
- Tobe fully aware of all Health and Safety policy and procedures relevant to yourrole and department
- Makingbread and patisserie work
- Workingfrom an established repertoire with space for creative input
- Toensure that all food commodities are received and stored correctly
