Bilingual Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor (LCSW)
A Bilingual (Spanish/English) Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor is needed for a fulltime hybrid role in Novato CA.

Salary and Benefits
- Salary range: $112000 to $142000 (depending on experience)
- Sign on bonus: $20000 (program terms apply)
- Hybrid remote role: 3 days in clinic 2 days remote

Responsibilities
- Supervise 4 to 6 ASWs in clinic.
- Maintain appropriate staff levels and participating in recruitment.
- Onboard train and support continued development of staff.
- Manage employee performance effectively communicate expectations and goals and provide performance feedback and evaluation in a thorough and timely manner.
- Complete time and attendance requirements for team approving timesheets time off requests and ensure accurate and timely completion for payroll.
- Ensure a safe secure and legal work environment by upholding policies and procedures.
- Coleads the ASW training program
- Coteaches weekly didactic seminars on a variety of topics related to integrated behavioral health practice.
- Provide evidencebased treatment to patients (adults and children) with mild to moderate behavioral health needs including assessment diagnosis therapeutic interventions short term therapy crisis intervention and safety planning coaching referrals and case management inperson and via telehealth modalities.
- EMR system is EPIC
- Reports to the Associate Director of Behavioral Health
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish is required must be able to provide 1 on 1 therapy sessions in Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years postlicensure experience.
- Experience with managing or supervising clinical staff/ASWs.
- Employer requires that all employees provide paperwork stating they have received the COVID shots unless you have an exemption; in which case provide the exemption paperwork.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a valid California State License and Registration.
