Mn Adult & Teen Challenge is a leader in the recovery community offering a broad spectrum of treatments services and recovery programs for men women and teens across Minnesota. This is for oncall Womens Direct Care Staff
Purpose: To provide supervision to clients that ensures their safety and wellbeing; to assist clients in making choices that are in their long term best interests.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Client Supervision:
Lead and supervise clients in the year long faith based program on the residential housing floor and during all duties and activities during the course of the work shift.
Client Transportation:
Maintain valid drivers license at all times for driving Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge vehicles.
Transport clients to all program functions.
Minimum Qualifications:
OnCall Staff need to work 23 shifts per month and attend staff meetings.
Strong ability to relate to and mentor people with lifecontrolling problems.
One year freedom from chemical use problems.
Ability to remain on task and follow through on multiple concurrent assignments with frequent interruptions.
Ability to successfully complete background check process.
Possession of a valid drivers license and a clean driving record and ability to be insured under organizations vehicle insurance carrier.
Must possess a MN state drivers license or be willing to transfer out of state license to MN state drivers license.
Physical demands:
Ability to stand for the majority of an 8 hour shift.
Compensation:
Weekday 1st shift: (7am 3pm): Base Rate $17/hr
Weekday 2nd shift: (311pm): $1/hr shift differential ($1 base rate of $17 $18/hr)
Weekday or Weekend 3rd shift (11pm 7am): $4/hr shift differential ($4 base rate of $17 $21/hr)
Weekend 1st shift: $2/hr shift differential ($2 base rate of $17 $19/hr) and Weekend 2nd shift: $3/hr shift differential ($3 base rate of $17 $20/hr)
