Job Description
Pattern Promotions We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role you will play a crucial part in supporting our public relations efforts by assisting in the development and execution of communication strategies that enhance our brands visibility and reputation
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of public relations strategies and campaigns
- Draft press releases media alerts and other communication materials
- Monitor media coverage and compile reports for the PR team
- Coordinate and manage logistics for events and press conferences
- Maintain and update media contact lists and databases
- Help maintain the organizations social media presence and content calendar
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Public Relations Communications Marketing or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and PR software tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and a creative mindset
