While most roles require onsite presence limited telecommuting options may be considered in rare cases based on specific job responsibilities and business needs. Any flexible work arrangements are determined at the discretion of leadership and HR and are not a standard benefit.
Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Claris Healths pay ranges vary based on work location. As part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a rolespecific commission/bonus as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidates compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including but not limited to geography experience skills job duties and business need.
