What Youll Do
- Maintain and support critical infrastructure supporting some of Kaseyas largest products.
- Develop and maintain scalable server environments for data stores such as MySQL Postgres and Redis with builtin HA and DR strategies to ensure data integrity and service continuity.
- Utilize Ansible and Python to support and improve current automation frameworks and proactively develop new automation solutions for evolving infrastructure needs.
- Passionately promote Kaseyas core values. Promote collaboration and team growth.
- Identify gaps in processes and tasks. Be an advocate of continuous improvement.
- Be a positive role model that others want to follow and be inspired by.
- Participate in a rotational oncall program and enhance troubleshooting techniques and utilities to ensure quick resolution to serviceimpacting issues.
Skills Youll Need
- Deep experience working with and managing MySQL Postgres and Redis databases.
- Expertise in Ansible.
- Deep expertise with managing Linux servers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to develop in Python
- Experience working with hypervisors Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Terraform HAProxy ZFS Keepalived Cassandra and AWS (RDS Elasticache EC2).
